Smoulder

In the realm of epic doom metal, few bands conjure the ancient spirit of sword and sorcery with as much conviction as Smoulder. Founded in Canada in 2013 before the core of vocalist Sarah Ann and guitarist Vincent eventually planted their banner in Finland, Smoulder have spent over a decade wielding the traditions of Manilla Road, Solitude Aeturnus and Candlemass into something wholly their own. Through two highly-regarded albums and one equally respected EP, Smoulder have made a solid name for themselves in the epic doom/heavy scene.
