We've been trying to kill you since 2008, and with this booking, we will hopefully come closer than ever before. To say that Macabre is an institution in extreme metal is likely an understatement. The Chicago trio is completely and utterly obsessed with serial killers to a degree where they named their zany, technical brand of death metal "murder metal", and there really isn't a more fitting description. These absolute madmen have been at it since 1985 and are still going just as strong here more than forty years later. And now, finally, Metal Magic have the absolute pleasure of presenting Macabre's unhinged antics as Thursday's headliners.
